The right to carry a concealed weapon when discussing divorce with your soon to be ex spouse

Wife files for divorce.

Husband says, please don't.

She says, it's over.

He begs her to meet him in a public place and talk about it.

She arrives. He pulls out his concealed weapon and shoots her over and over again.

Don't think it might happen?

Read the news out of today.

So a well educated and valuable member of our society, a Fulton County prosecutor, did get shot by her future ex husband. Multiple gun shot wounds.

So, who wants to blame the woman because she was asking for it?

Hold up your hand if you think she was dumb to trust him in a public place?

Jump up and down if you think he could have knifed her to death through a glass window?

Close your eyes and bow your head if you think a gun just ended a marriage.

One more gun crime that wasn't committed by a felon, a criminal, a person with a history of violence, a person with a diagnosed mental health issue...

Bundy born in Hawaii. Parents from Nigeria. Built the first Mosque in Nevada

Fauz News has the details on the Bundy family history and will run a 12 hour expose' tonight at midnight.

When examining secret records in Hawaii, an undercover conservative group, using hidden cameras, filmed unknown government workers burning what might have been documents in 50 gallon barrels of olive oil.

Using backwards building techniques unknown to the general public which were developed by Vlad Putin, a clear picture developed in the mind.

Cliven Bundy was Obama's older brother by another mother. This could be proved beyond all doubts if not for the liberal conspiracy surrounding Obama's birth in Nigeria. That conspiracy knows no bounds as can be demonstrated in the video showing what appears to be paper burning in olive oil.

It was when Clivens mother aunt by another brother told Cliven of the Obama connection in 1993, that Cliven first renounced the United State government. "For me, it doesn't even exist!"

Angered in 1993 by the facts, Cliven, with the help of the New Hampshire militia burned the family mosque to the ground. They plowed the ashes into the ground then poured salt water into the open furrows so nothing could ever grow on that spot of Nevada desert.

The entire Bundy clan became Mormons in 1994. As a part of the ceremony conducted in swahili, Bundy was adopted by previously dead Mormons and his name changed to Cliven Bundy from Kunta Bhundae. Public records were buried inside the sacred Thunderous Cookie Monster Mountain. New records were forged using the short form birth certificate instead of the longer form 1040-1993.5.

Watch Fauz News tonight at midnight and see how Obama and Cliven 'Bhundae' Bundy are related by blood and water rights.

Smoking causes cancer but the Big Bang is just a TV show

When you read it in an Australian newspaper, it must be true.

Just don't get all proud about well informed Americans.

The newspaper article is about the ignorance of Americans and the relationship to anti-government feeling, religion, and voting patterns.

FEW Americans question that smoking causes cancer. But they have more scepticism than confidence in global warming, the age of the Earth and evolution and have the most trouble believing a Big Bang created the universe 13.8 billion years ago
Rather than quizzing scientific knowledge, the survey asked people to rate their confidence in several statements about science and medicine.

On some, there's broad acceptance. Just four per cent doubt that smoking causes cancer, six per cent question whether mental illness is a medical condition that affects the brain and eight per cent are sceptical there's a genetic code inside our cells. More - 15 per cent - have doubts about the safety and efficacy of childhood vaccines.
About 4 in 10 say they are not too confident or outright disbelieve that the Earth is warming, mostly a result of man-made heat-trapping gases, that the Earth is 4.5 billion years old or that life on Earth evolved through a process of natural selection, though most were at least somewhat confident in each of those concepts. But a narrow majority - 51 per cent - questions the Big Bang theory.

More gun nuts

The pro-gun side of the gun debate uses many non-sense arguments. If we apply common sense to their arguments and positions, we are left with an impartial look at gun violence as a cause of death.
Recently, a letter in the Times suggested that Atlanta was too small to be made safe by either more guns or less guns. I think the proper quotation was, “Maybe Atlanta is just an unsafe city” compared to Chicago and some Texas city.
That negates the theories proposing that more guns mean less crime. Common sense tells us that we can’t have it both ways on an issue. It’s like that old saw, You can’t have your cake and eat it, too.
If more guns mean less crime, then there can be no unsafe cities beyond all hope.
If there are places where more guns will not reduce crime, then something besides guns determine personal safety.
How about the argument of guns are just objects?
That’s where a gun is compared to an inanimate object like a car, a rock, or a knife. Further, it’s how people use the object which determines good or evil. The classic, “Guns don’t kill people. People kill people.”
Oddly enough, we don’t spread butter with a gun, drive it to work, or find it laying around in nature. Gun are a human invention. Man invented the gun in a willful act of creation. Its invention had only one purpose. Killing other humans.
The existence of guns comes from one intention and one goal. To kill other people and give one person the power to kill many other people.
Those who are adamantly pro-gun and willing to go against common sense will never be convinced of their errors. No matter how many innocent people are killed.

It's better to keep your mouth shut and let people think you are dumb.

An elected official in a Southern State agrees with a mass murderer?

Someone just cut out his tongue, burn out his eyes, and cut off his hands.

A white supremacist, a former leader in the state's KKK, a Jew hater, and an admiring of Hitler, shoots three innocent people to death inside a Jewish center.

Then, a friend of his, an elected mayor says, 'I sort of feel the same way as he does.'

If my mayor says, "I feel the same way as Ted Bundy or Al Capone or John Wilkes Booth ... " it's time for a recall election or a mayoral retirement party held at the local insane asylum.

Again, I don't make this stuff up.

Read about it here. and here.

"There some things that are going on in this country that are destroying us. We've got a false economy and it's, some of those corporations are run by Jews because the names are there," he said. "The fact that the Federal Reserve prints up phony money and freely hands it out, I think that's completely wrong. The people that run the Federal Reserve, they're Jewish."

A payment for being ruled?

Oh my head hurts over this one.

Remember that college class you had to take on Philosophy? Painful, wasn't it? So bad, you couldn't even sell the book.

My Little Philosophy Book fell on my head while I was sleeping on my back. Today. Or, maybe yesterday. Damn Dr. Bloom and his literal translations from the original Greek.

So maybe Plato/Socrates said there was a payment due to government for being ruled. WTF!

Loss of freedom? Social contract? Taxes? The concept that I owe a debt to a tyrant sucks.

But, and there's always some but, But, isn't the answer to that a way of separating the men from the boys?

There is a debt owed to government for being ruled. I can't tell you what it is. Answer to yourself. Then, apply that to how you've been voting and what you hope will happen because you voted.

Bundy in Nevada

The social media beats TV movies for entertainment pleasure.

Hasn't everyone been watching the cattle drama in Nevada?

Some dirt poor cattle rancher is being forcefully evicted from his ancestral home by Russian troops wearing US Army Ranger uniforms and carrying sniper rifles.

This terminally ill, blind man, confined to a wheelchair, only wants to live out his last few days in peace.

That about covers it for me. Except for the dying, blind, and peaceful parts. He is ill. Should be confined to a wheelchair via restraints.

So the story goes that Harry Reid wants the ranch so he can sell it to China along with the Grand Canyon. Oh, the story just changed again. Obama's uncle in Cuba wants the land for a solar power plant being built by Solyndra. Ops! The story changed again. A huge oil and natural gas deposit was found under the land by a desert tortoise. The tortoise, along with a hare named Bugs, have made huge campaign contributions to Hillary Clinton. Ops! The story changed again. It's all about water. Seems water has been bubbling out of the ground and drowned a thousand tortoises. And, a hare named Bugs. A consortium headed by Duck Dynasty's Daffy Duck, wants control of the water before a Saudi Prince buys it and builds a floating city.

Naw. The guy wants to graze his cows on land owned by his Mormon family since the 1870's. Since it is his land, he pays grazing fees to the county but won't pay them to the federal government which doesn't own the land. I have to say that again because it is so funny.

A man claiming to own some grazing land is paying grazing fees to the county. I couldn't make that up.

Ops. The story is changing again.

The family never owned the land in question. The Bundy family didn't graze any cows on land in question until 1954! In 1954, the family first applied to the federal government for grazing rights. To some rangers in Utah, the cows are considered feral. Utah's Congressional Delegation even came out against the cows. Those ranchers don't want the cows sold in or around Utah where feral cows are considered a danger to established herds. It seems not all cows are created equal. Some have pedigrees. Meet exacting standards of health.

The feral cow doesn't have an exact genetic heritage. Might have infectious diseases. Might be unsafe to eat.

Then, there's the other issue. The land in question is a desert. It covers 180,000 square miles. How does this guy Bundy water his herd of 1,000 cows?

Well, he has water rights.

Now that just blows me. Or, blows me away. Water rights in Nevada are far more valuable than cows. The starting price for water rights is $7,000 per acre foot. The rights can be sold. The water can be sold.

So I would kill the cows and sell my water to California, sit on my sofa wearing a white hat, and drink Mexican beer if I were Mr. Bundy.

This version of the story is deeper than ... a well diggers grave. Bad, bad pun.

Nevada began issuing 'water rights' in 1866. Years before Bundy's family arrived. Ouch!

So if Bundy has 'water rights,' those came through some legal process and not through ancestral claims or homesteading claims.

So where's the beef?

The man owes over a million dollars in grazing fees. He refuses to pay any fees except fees from the county which he claims --- sometimes --- really owns his land.

Nut case? A gun nut and cattle nut case.

Yes, there's been an armed confrontation of some sort. Anti-government forces have deployed. I think those are called survivalist or militia.

What will be the outcome?

Bundy loses and innocent people die.

Knife Free Zone attracts Knife attack

You heard me!

Since we advertise schools as weapons free zones, the smart mass murderer targets the helpless people inside these zones. The attack in Pittsburg proves this conservative talking point again.

The recent Ft. Hood shooting proves this conservative talking point, too. Military bases are gun free zones.
The Weapon Free signage is just begging for gun totting and knife wielding nuts to attack.

What we need are signs saying, I pack heat in my pants seat. That will make the nuts keep driving around looking for weak victims in weapons free zones.

A student attacked others in the school because that's where he goes to school. The Ft. Hood shooter shot people where he worked.

When there are no guns, there will be no mass murders with guns.

Why politics makes us stupider.

I love to steal content. Better give some full credit on this one.

There’s a simple theory underlying much of American politics. It sits hopefully at the base of almost every speech, every op-ed, every article, and every panel discussion. It courses through the Constitution and is a constant in President Obama’s most stirring addresses. It’s what we might call the More Information Hypothesis: the belief that many of our most bitter political battles are mere misunderstandings. The cause of these misunderstandings? Too little information — be it about climate change, or taxes, or Iraq, or the budget deficit. If only the citizenry were more informed, the thinking goes, then there wouldn’t be all this fighting.

Two more Georgia children killed in shooting accidents

Children die. Too often and too soon. Disease takes their lives. Birth defects still their hearts. All parents and potential parents face a risk of losing a child.

But shot to death by a brother or a sister in their own home?

Two accidental shootings in Georgia this weekend killed two kids.

Each with a different story. "My little sister wanted me to hold her 12 gauge shotgun. It went off while I was unloading it." If that is what happened, oh, the hole left in the parents hearts.

A little girl shot to death with a 12 gauge shotgun by her brother. It's said that children imitate adults.

The second 'accidental shooting' resulted in an arrest. Different city in Georgia. Different situation. Different color skin?

Meanwhile, police in Savannah are investigating the death of an 11-year-old boy who was killed by a gunshot while he and a friend handled the weapon in west Savannah.

Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police say a 12-year-old, who they described as a playmate, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter, reckless conduct and possession of a firearm by a person under 18.

West Savannah. Let OutKast describe it. "Frazier home." "Baseball caps slightly pointed east." "Sade in the tape deck." "Diggin' the scene with a gangsta slouch." "Nine in the hand ... "
Words from OutKast.

So one 12 year old from west Savannah is facing charges of involuntary manslaughter, reckless conduct, and possession of a firearm by a person under 18. He's black.

The other family was white.

Guns do not provide justice. It seems like Georgia doesn't care about providing justice either.

Concealed Permit holder kills two cops

On March 13, 2011, Randy Gilbert Newberry, 52, opened fire on Virginia sheriff’s deputies killing two and critically wounding two others. Newberry used a high-powered rifle in the sniper attack, firing approximately 50 rounds in the assault. He was killed by police when he pointed a handgun at responding officers. Newberry’s neighbors were stunned by the lethal outburst by someone with no criminal history. He had renewed his concealed handgun permit three times since 1999, most recently in 2009.

Newberry was an avid hunter who liked guns according to neighbors.

Conceal Carry Permit holder kills cop

In 2009, Humberto Delgado Jr., 34, shot and killed 11-year Tampa police veteran Corporal Mike Roberts after the officer responded to a suspicious person call. Delgado was pushing a shopping cart which turned out to be filled with military gear, a Kel-Tec assault rifle, a Taurus .45 pistol, and a .22 revolver. He also had a Glock17 pistol in a backpack. When Corporal Roberts tried to question Delgado, a struggle ensued and Roberts was shot while on his back. Although Corporal Roberts was wearing body armor, a bullet struck him in an unprotected area and entered his chest. Delgado had been a law enforcement officer in the Virgin Islands for four years until 2000 and had served in the U.S. Army. He had a concealed handgun permit issued in North Carolina. Florida has reciprocity with North Carolina. A search of Delgado’s storage unit uncovered another firearm, a laser sight, a copy of Shooter’s Bible, and a certificate for completion of a firearms safety course. Delgado faced charges of premeditated murder and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer.

On November 15, 2011, Delgado was found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of Corporal Mike Roberts. He was sentenced to death on February 11, 2012.

Ft. Hood shooting victims caused their own deaths per GOP and Tea Party

I'm already doomed to eternity in Hell. So what is going to stop me from speaking my mind? Not carrying a gun.

It's the logic of the GOP and Tea Party today.

"The Ft. Hood victims killed themselves by not supporting the Constitution. They didn't insist on their right to carry a concealed weapon on a US military base and they got exactly what they deserved. Don't feel sorry for them. They had to know that the Founders knew we would all need guns in our homes, cars, and workplaces.

So if you don't carry, you deserve to die! No one has a right to expect others to take care of them. Good riddance!

That what I hear being said all over the news.

If those dead and wounded people had had a gun, they wouldn't be dead or wounded now. It's their fault.

A Conceal Carry Permit is not a a license to kill. Dah!

Lots of murders start with an argument. Suddenly, one guy says, You don't have the nerve to shoot me. Then, it's bang. Bang. Bang, bang, bang, a dozen times and then two more in the back.

Then, call 911 and tell the cops, Hey! I'm got a dead guy on my lawn. Come get the body.

Carreiro's last words were a taunt. Smith "wouldn't use the gun," Smith recalled Carreiro saying.

Smith fired rapidly from around 20 feet away. One, two, three, four … 12 shots, until Carreiro was still, facedown on the ground with his arms tucked underneath him, the report said.

Smith walked closer to Carreiro and paused for a moment. Then, he fired two more shots into Carreiro's back, the report said.

Carreiro was lying on Northwest 69th Drive near 14 shell casings. Emergency responders tried to save Carreiro, but he died 17 minutes after the shooting at 4:51 p.m., the report said.

Smith was booked into the Alachua County jail at 12:23 a.m. Tuesday on homicide charges and remains there in lieu of $1 million bond.

So 14 shots into your neighbor including 2 in the back after he was face down on the ground.

People with a conceal carry permit are more likely to murder or attempt murder than a non-gun owner.

The license to kill.

Seven Million sign up for 'Obamacare.' Rush Limbaugh says ....

Stand back! I heard this on the Moon Bat station of my Obama issued, free talk radio.

"Yeah, seven million signed up but it's all the same person, Michelle."

"No. It really was just one person but it took them seven million times."

"No. We don't know if it was seven million people who got insurance. It could be seven million people with full shopping carts."

"No! I have the truth. It was seven million people who visited the site, created an account, filled the shopping cart but they couldn't pay at check out."

Oh the shame of it all.

It's sort of like saying, "Yeah, there are 50 million Americans over age 65 who were lifted out of poverty by the Social Security program. But, none of them work! They're ... dead beats drawing a government check. They have no incentive to greet people at Wal-Mart! They are not willing to SuperSize that McDonald's Meal on Wheels. What good is a government program if it doesn't put people to work!?"
