The Captain has been quoted as saying the divorce is news to him.

Gooch introduced SB299 in the legislature today. It proves he's awake but not compassionate. Just passionate about pollution.

Let's say someone in Helen, Georgia dumps a load of shit into the Chattahoochee River. I do mean raw, untreated, human shit. No reason to be prissy about it.

Under Gooch's SB299, anyone on the river south of Helen can dump shit into the Hooche. Legally.

That's right. Even the city of Helen can close their water treatment plant. Human excrement can be dumped directly into our rivers and streams without any processing under Gooch's Law.

Even the city of Gainesville can close their water treatment plants. Gooch opens up waste dumping directly into streams as a legal right.

As long as the 'things' being dumped can be removed later by treatment.

No reason for any land owners to care. They can buy AquaFine by the gallon. No reason for city folks to care.
