Where was I? Where were you?

Where was I on Moral Monday?

Most likely, sitting here. Or there.

A hand full of people were standing up for those who can't stand up for themselves. Moral Monday is the name. Some were arrested.

Seems they invaded Gubenator Deal's office to protest his cut throat and cavalier attitude towards ... well, the rest of us.

There was plenty of room in the office.

No mental processes.

No ethic processes.

Empty minds.

Pretty much, the Governor and his staff are just water filled skin bags. With really thick skins. Thick.

The Gubernator refuses to expand Medicaid. It's too expensive. Wake up, Guber. The Feds are funding the expansion.

You're refusing a free lunch because you don't believe in free lunches. Most politicians don't believe in free lunches, dinners, or free trips to vacation La La Lands. They know about those back side paybacks. Up front, free deal. Backside, sell out the people.

Maybe Deal would take the free federal money if Obama owned a large business in Hall County.

Rally at the Capitol

Moral Monday GA is organizing many diverse groups for a mass rally at the Capital on Monday, January 13th, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with other activities available earlier in the day. (See the attached poster.)

This is the opening day for the General Assembly, and the Moral Monday GA coalition is pressing Gov. Deal to accept the Medicaid expansion money from the Federal government. (There will be more actions on subsequent Mondays at the Capitol.)
