I've already proved that Cagle has committed security fraud. Now he's implicated in the Nathan Deal scandal. That scandal includes my good friend, Chris Riley.
It's alleged that Chris violated federal law when using a government email account. That email arranged a meeting between Cagle, Deal, and Georgia Revenue Commissioner Bart Graham.
Graham, perhaps after having his head bashed against a metaphysical political wall, privatized a state service. Deal got the private contract with no public bidding process.
So what did Cagle get? Hmmmmm....
