Eric Braverman missing then found dead at Yale

Sadly, rumors about Eric Braverman, have been confirmed. He's teaching at Yale, which to conservatives is the same as missing in action or dead.

Snopes previously denied Braverman's murder by the Clinton death machine but failed to provide a walking, talking Braverman.

Which pretty much means that Braverman doesn't return phone calls, emails, or tweets. Therefore, Conservatives continue to say, 'He's really dead, killed by Clinton and buried next to Julian Assange.

For a short time, Conservatives thought Braverman had reached Russia in his desperate evasions of Clinton's invisible death teams.

The Free Market Jedi or How Libertarians See Themselves

"For my ally is the Free Market. And a powerful ally it is. Greed creates it, makes it grow. Its energy surrounds us and blinds us. Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter. You must feel the Free Market around you. Here, between you, me, the tree, the rock, everywhere! Yes, even between you and Walmart."

Yes, I heard Walmart proposed as the ultimate example of 'The Free Market!"

I saw the Jedi mind trick hand sweep and the sweltering satisfaction on the Jedi trained Free Marketeer. Only, it looked dumb and didn't work like in a movie. So how did I handle the 'three piece suit' hiding the adolescent mind? I acted like a child myself and I must say I'm good at it. Too good.

Here's the lack of debate on how a free market exists in the USA.

Not much that we're going to agree on, is there? I'll always be a free market guy.

Mike Parker, "The 'free market' is a human construct. Doesn't exist."

It does exist and has served us well. Much better than the gov't controlled economy that you guys long for.

Mike Parker, "Please review human construct. Man made. Invention. Myth. Legend. Lore. Not existing independent of man. Not natural. As 'the free market' is not natural and does not exist absent man's intervention, it is not free but dependent. Dependent upon the rules of man. And, as a dependent structure, it yields to 'he with the most power.'"

Mike Parker, "To clarify, 'the free market' does not exist except in the minds of those desiring a 'free market' with magical powers."

Still, the free market is so much better than that government controlled fifedom you so long for. Do your really want to be totally taken care of? Pathetic if you do.

Mike Parker, "There's no free market."

There's no free ride.

Mike Parker, "Walk. Just don't wobble."

Then put down the Kool-Aid. (Jedi mind trick hand sweep)

Mike Parker, "Is that it? An "I'm Yoda the Jedi Market Master" command to put down the Kool-Aid? Prove the independent existence of a free market? Then, we can talk put downs later."

The free market is all around you. (Yoda voice) Disprove it.(Or prove it but do not try.)

Mike Parker, "But, I have."

No, you haven't. How can you say that?

Mike Parker, "But, I'd rather, as you command me, put down the Kool-Aid. As in Dude, your Kool-Aid stinks."

Mike Parker, "And, it has a funny color."

Mike Parker, "And, your Wookie made it for you."

Love the insults, asshole.

Mike Parker, "You've admitted defeat again. Didn't you know? Defeat of deduct went over defense before detail?

You're really brave typing away in your Mother's basement in your underwear.

Mike Parker, "Away away away Away ..." (I was typing in a lyrical Spanish accent. Very sexy."

Want a free market example? Walmart.

Mike Parker, "Walmart? Wal-Mart's position as a brand is protected by ... the government. Not by Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart even consented to the naming by asking permission."

They are also regulated to an extent by said government. Nothing wrong with that.

Mike Parker, "Government controls your 'free market? (My God, Jim, he confessed again.) There is no free market"

Mike Parker, "Only a government regulated market exists....

Mike Parker, "with taxes ...

Mike Parker, "with fees, ...

Mike Parker, "and subsidies.

Mike Parker, "To repeat, 'the free market' does not exist except in the minds of those desiring a 'free market' with magical powers."

So this is why I'm a blogger. To seek out and find, adolescent minds, to explore and define poorly used words, to blunder into places where no man should go.

Entitlement generation

Ashton Kutcher says some thing on TV. And suddenly, he's a wise man according to conservatives.

This is the actor who played Michael Kelso in That 70's Show. You know, the good looking guy who's not very smart, smokes pot, screws around, gets caught. Sort of sounds like Bill Clinton.

Only Bill Clinton isn't Charlie Sheen replacement on Two and a Half Men. Walden Schmidt! That's the name!

A kind of mindless, entitled internet billionaire who screws around with older women and their daughters. "Walden lived primarily with his mother. Dad popped out of the picture He was raised for the first four years of his life with a baby Gorilla named Magilla.

Bad TV is bad TV. Not Ashton's fault. But saying that the unemployed are worse than anyone with a job? Using the show, Ellen, as a platform, he said, “I think the only thing that can be below you is to not have a job” So what jobs and job holders are better than any one currently unemployed?

So the financial mafia comes to mind. Pimps. President Nixon. Political lobbyists like JACK ABRAMOFF.

Or just anyone on this time line of the Abramoff Scandal.

So why mention any of this?

The Conservative Post calls Kutcher's comments "eye-opening and inspiring."

There are some jobs below me and my personal standards. I'm including any job replacing Charlie Sheen on TV.

Beneath us all to be that social example.

Ronald Reagan quotes. Timeless.

"It's possible we did, but I don't recall."

"I wouldn't know."

"I don't recall."

"[S]ometimes I kind of ran for cover and was very happy to duck a committee duty in these matters."

"I don't honesty recall."

"I don't recall."

"I have no recollection of this particularly."

"I wouldn't be able to tell you."

"[M]y memory is like a kaleidoscope.

"To tell you of my own memory, in my mind I can tell you whether we did nor not, I can't. I don't really recall."

" I don't know what you are getting at with the question."

"There you have me. I wouldn't know where we cracked that and if you tell me I'll have to take your word for it."

"Well, maybe the fact that I married ... and went on a honeymoon had something to do with my being a little bit hazy."

"I don't recall ... [because] I was up in Glacier park making a cowboy picture."

He has something in common with me. I don't recall him being a great man. Not in my memory. Honestly. I can't. Not even hazy.

All the quotes are taken from his sworn testimony before a Grand Jury in 1962.

Be very, very quiet!

More on the Gun to my Head crowd. Just a quick one.

If I felt an invisible gun to my head, saw an invisible man, and heard voices in my head saying, "Pay your taxes or Die!'
I wouldn't be telling people about it.

Another GOP appointee forced to resign over Lies

"Julie MacDonald, deputy assistant secretary for fish, wildlife and parks, submitted her resignation letter to Interior Secretary Dirk Kempthorne, a department spokesman said Tuesday.

MacDonald resigned a week before a House congressional oversight committee was to hold a hearing on accusations that she violated the Endangered Species Act, censored science and mistreated staff of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service."

Details from the Associated Press

Thank you, Julie MacDonald for violating your solemn oath, a promise made before God and witnesses, to faithfully execute the politically appointed job as deputy assistant secretary.

MacDonald was a civil engineer with no training in the Natural Sciences and no work history related to National Parks, Forestry, Fish and Wildlife, Biology, Ecology, or even a job feeding fish in a pet shop.

Just exactly what lie did Ms. Julie MacDonald tell to get a job in the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

I am sure she didn't say, "As a civil engineer, I've always wanted to cut down old growth forests, level mountain tops to erect billboards, and serve the special interest groups that give big donations to the GOP."

Then again, maybe that is exactly what she said at some point.
