You never hear it coming

Remember the episode on M.A.S.H. when Hawkeye reunites with an old friend who enlisted in the Army so he could write a book about War?

The title for the proposed book was, "You never hear it coming." That happy episode? Sometimes you hear the bullet.

Parents. You're never going to hear the bullet that kills your child. They play with your loaded guns when you're not around. Maybe you'll hear a dull thud like sound. But, the bullet will tear through that little body faster than the speed of sound. They won't hear the bullet but they will feel the burning gasses, the hellish bullet tearing flesh, and the thunder clap shock wave forming a cavitation chamber.

Cavitation chamber. The bullet causes the body's liquids to form gasses as it crushes through flesh. The cavity closes at least part way after the shot. Never all the way. The forensic pathologist knows. As soon as the file opens.

GSW, Through and Through path, front to back, 12 year old child, male, DOA ...

Over 1300 times a year. Once is too often. Even if it's not your child.

Remember, there are two rules in the Gun Control Debate.
Rule Number One, 1300 children die per year from gunshot wounds.

Rule Number Two, Doctors can't change Rule Number One.

Weird things I learned yesterday on Facebook and other places

O Tannenbaum isn't a Christmas song. It refers to a pagan relationship with a fir tree, a very faithful fir tree. The tune is used as the official State Song of Florida, Iowa, Maryland, and Michigan. A German version of On Top of Old Smoky.

On Facebook, I learned about how our feelings created thoughts which really pissed me off. But, I thought about it before I got angry. Then, I learned that I have no common ground with others because I'm too emotional. Now that I knew how to handle. I told the deeply conflicted self appointed second coming of Christ that if he feels like I'm pissing on him, it's because I am.

He's still overthinking that one.

I lost my cool again over the sound byte, If we ban guns, only criminals will have guns.

Who the frack are these criminals? Do they run red lights for jollies while waiting for the coming gun ban? Maybe they speed down the interstate at 73 mph in the 65 mph zones. So what are the criminals doing now? You know as well as I do.

The quote has nothing to do with existing criminals. It's a threat, a very violent threat. "IF you try to ban my guns, I'll kill your ass."

Do you really think criminals don't already have guns? Do ya think more criminals will have more guns if guns are banned? No. If guns were against the law, gun owners would break the law. So much for the good guy with a gun theme. Seems like we should read more into these sound bytes.

God says, Kill those who would kill you before they do kill you.

At last, the Holy Call has gone out and the final solution to our rampaging gun problem has been solved. It is time for the right thinking protectors of our Holy Civil Scripture to hunt down the dark hearts and kill them before they kill us.

I launch my unholy outrage at the letter of Michael Hawkins who used phrases like, scripture "that we wrote for ourselves for civil use," and 'our sacred civil scripture' in his letter.

So we have the proper Christian approach to gun violence.

Hunt down and kill those among us who are deranged or who plot to harm us.

Kill them all and Let God sort them out.

Some gun lovers would kill over the dinner table then finish dinner

A gun nut threw this in my direction recently. I was at work and couldn't really give him what he deserved.

'When I take my family out to eat at Chili's, I sit facing the door. If someone comes in with an AK47, they might get off a couple shots. But, I'm going to pop him in the chest twice then twice more in the head. Then, sit down and finish my dinner.'

If not born a killer, he's trained to be one.

I would not give a gun to any man who could kill another man then sit down and eat the remains of dinner.

Would you? Hell, no.

He should immediately think of his children, then his wife, then the wounded as our gun nut has conceded a couple shots to the 'active shooter.' Continuing dinner isn't a heroic action. Shooting a killer might be heroic. Heroic, in this gun nut's wet dream, would be to see to others when the shooting stopped, starting as I said with his family.

How would your children feel after 6 shots were fired, 4 of them going past their ears. What about your spouse. There's time to say, get the children under the table and stay there until I'm sure this is over. Then, make a defensive position between them the 'active shooter.'

Sit down and eat dinner? Ignore your family? Ignore the other humans?

No, this gun nut isn't qualified to be human or hold a gun in a public place.

Another one

No good news today. A portion of our country continues to seek justice in the streets resulting in vengeance.

Another child is shot to death by police for holding a toy gun. Link to current story.

In the Cleveland shooting, a video exists which hasn't been viewed by the public. The police describe the video as being clear.

No one is saying what is clear.

Clearly a 12 year old.

Clearly dead after being shot.

Clearly playing with a toy gun.

Clear quality video.

So much for public safety if 12 year old children are shot for playing with guns.

Shot to death by police

Here's my version of events.

Some one steals my car. I had it parked in my drive way. I never heard a thing. Slept right through it.

Report the theft to the police ...

A week later, I hear something in my drive way. Steps on my front porch. Luckily I'm sleeping in my 12 gauge pajamas. Waving my jammies in a threatening manner, I shout, Who goes there!?

Smith and Wesson answer with 16 body shots. I die on the floor of my own home. Killed by the police serving a no knock, shoot to kill warrant.

Turns out, the police say I'm a sleep walking drug dealer living a second life (which also ended after my conversation with Mr. Smith and Mr. Wesson.)

The police toss my wife out of the bed and begin searching for my drug inventory, meth lab, and the million dollars in drug money I've hidden in my house.

Two days later, they call off the search. Two days. Did I say, two days. Yes, I did. Two days after I died on the floor of my home, the police stop tearing my home apart.

They didn't find a thing.

My family grieves. They can't bury me in my own clothes because the police seized everything in the search. My surviving wife doesn't have her own clothes to wear to the funeral.

And, the police have what to say? Nothing. By the way, felons have a right to carry guns in Georgia but homeowners don't have a right to carry in their homes.

Penis shot at gas station. Exits buttocks.

In today's news, a suddenly gender confused 'man' shot his penis late one night in a gas station. Locals tell a story of a Mine is Bigger than Yours debate won by the .45 caliber bullet in head to head conflict.

It remains unreported what the man was doing in a service station while his gun and penis were fighting.

It is known that when the gun spontaneously ejected, the owner drove, not to the hospital, but to a friend's house.

The conversation went like this.

Knock. Knock. "Hey, man. Let me in. You've got see this. My penis stopped a bullet!"

His unbelieving friend simply said, "Oh, blow it out your ass!"

"Yeah," the wounded dick says, "I did that, too!"

Me? I can't imagine letting even my BFF drop his pants in my living room so I can see his bloody equipment. And and his new exit wound.

But, I don't live in Macon, Georgia.

Georgia law allows gun sales in vending machines.

The new vending machines were opened today with a public ceremony featuring Governor Nathan Deal, Judge Judy, and three other idiots.

Link

“Millions of people in Georgia lack access to quality firearms,” the governor said in a signing statement. “This bill will finally bring handguns from top manufacturers into every neighborhood and hopefully every household.

“By helping more Georgians to defend themselves, we expect this bill to lower crime significantly. By the end of my second term murder, rape and armed robbery should be nearly eradicated.”

I only wish I had made this up.

Another Zimmerman?

A guy named Zimmerman walks up to a bunch of kids at a bus stop.

Hey! You wanna see the bullets in my gun? No? Then shut the frack up. You think I'm joking. This bullets got your name on it.

Yeah, I make up the dialogue but it's pretty close to what he said.

So it's early in the morning, Zimmerman wearing his conceal carry weapon walks out to the bus stop. Why? To make the kids be quiet. And, the idiot took his conceal carry with him and didn't keep it concealed.

Couldn't make it up. I just want to thank Goobernator Nathan Deal for his guns at the bus stop law.

68 year old woman shot to death in Helen, Georgia

Yes, the open carry of loaded weapons is a legal right. The Guns Everywhere law was signed by our Goobernator Nathan 'I am stupid' Deal and went into effect on July 1st.

Last night, about 10:40 pm, a tourist from Texas was walking down Main Street in our German themed town of Helen, Georgia. Some open carry dude on the other side of the street shoots himself in the hand. The bullet passes through his hand, goes across the street, and wounds the 68 year old woman. She dies on the sidewalk.

Guns don't kill people in Georgia. Accidents don't happen here either. People make bad choices and they suffer the consequences. That's the word on being poor, being a teen aged mother, on college students being raped, etc, etc, ...

So I'm waiting to hear about the evil decision in Helen. Was it the Goobernator making open carry a legal right? Or, was it being a visitor in a tourist trap?

Local story here.

Guns everywhere stance already kills innocent bystander

Self defense is a bitch if you've been drinking. It must happen like this:

Someone bumps your elbow just as you're lifting your beer bottle. Instead of hitting your mouth with gently rounded lips of a high quality beer bottle, your stick your nose in beer. Snorting warm beer and rich beer foam, you turn quickly to identify the careless lout who spilled three cents worth of your $3.75 beer.

Following standard Cowboy bar protocol, you snarl, "Watch it, buddy!"

Robert DeNiro spins around with a cocky look and says, "You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? Then who the hell else are you talkin' to? You talkin' to me? Well I'm the only one here. Who the fuck do you think you're talking to?"

Then, things move outside for more theatre and weak insults. Insults outside bars used to be so robust and nearly lethal in the days before the Guns Everywhere Law. Since then, no one really cares to whip out a cutting 'Yo Moma' quip. Now it's whip out the semi-auto 9 mm with 17 shot capacity, a bayonet mounted on the accessory rail.

Yes. A bayonet not a laser sight. Only a wuss uses a laser sight in a bar shooting.

Triggers are gently massaged. Steely eyed combatants close one steely eye to save their night vision and exchange salvoes.

Now here's the next set of rules, if you're wounded but standing, you stagger around in front of the onlookers saying, 'He shot me. Look. I'm shot. Why did he have to do that?'

If you're on the ground, wounded or not, shout, 'Help me up. I'm going to kill that guy who killed me before I die. I swear.'

If you're unwounded and still standing after your 17 shots, Run! Run like hell you coward because you've probably shot 17 innocent people killing at least one.
